When BSI needed to upgrade the aging HVAC system in their new building on the South Side of Bethlehem, they turned to us for a solution. The existing 18-year-old rooftop units were nearing the end of their lifespan, and the old zone damper system was frequently failing, making efficient temperature control impossible.

After evaluating their needs, we installed a state-of-the-art VRF HVAC system. This innovative system includes heat recovery technology, enabling each zone to heat or cool independently. The VRF system we installed features two outdoor units totaling 32 tons and 22 indoor air handlers, a mix of exposed cassette and ducted units. We also installed an ERV unit that preconditions fresh air before it enters the air handlers. This comprehensive upgrade has provided BSI with an efficient, easily controlled HVAC system, ensuring optimal comfort and energy savings for their corporate office.
