Tech checked everything thoroughly, electrical checks and performance check. He also cleaned everything that needed it, including a thorough cleaning of the outside coil. Friendly and helpful. For my furnace (at another time), the tech checked a number of key elements, including the heating efficiency, to see if everything was working well (or to identify any weaknesses that might lead to issues later.) Very satisfied.
