My heating system was broken during a holiday evening in December. After making an emergency call, John called me back within 10 minutes and showed up in my house less than an hour. He quickly identified the problem but due to lack of parts at the time, the problem was not fixed right-away. However, Geoffrey called me the first thing next morning and came in right after the call with parts to get the heating system back to work. I greatly appreciate Burkholder’s speedy response and highly experienced and friendly personnel. It was my first time to use Burkholder’s services. I will definitely call them again in the future to have my heating and A/C served as need.
