Was assigned Luis as my salesperson! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and understood our circumstances. He responded with a professional proposal and also worked with me on an interim service issue. We needed a new furnace and AC system. In the interim, a motor malfunctioned on our existing system and Luis arranged for a rescue motor to keep our systems functional until Burkholder’s could schedule the new systems to be installed several weeks out. Everything was delivered and installed on the date Luis committed too! All the project and install folks assigned were very professional and did a very thorough job all around.
