Dave L. responded to an emergency call at my home because my oil burner was not working. Figuring out what was wrong was complicated due to the fact that two controls on the boiler were faulty. Dave patiently and methodically worked his way through all the possible solutions until he was able to isolate the problems and get the boiler working. He was polite and considerate throughout the whole process. I would definitely have him work in my home again. Very nice job!
