Dan & Kevin were friendly and professional. They introduced themselves upon arrival. (Pet peeve of mine–when service people come into my home and don’t bother to introduce themselves.) They confirmed the positioning of all the units before installing them. They were tidy during the whole thing and made sure I understood how to use & maintain all the equipment before they left.
