I had an appointment for preventative maintenance on both my boiler & ductless unit. Technician arrived within the timeframe specified. He attended to every detail with precision & focus (even took care of two issues on outside unit that was not resolved previously). He was friendly, yet professional & genuinely listened to my concerns as well as answered any questions I had during his visit. He took the time to explain things in a manner that was easily understood. I can honestly say I’ve never met a more thorough technician!
