Our 18 year old furnace quit working one evening. A service tech arrived within a few hours. It required an expensive part that was not in stock. Turns out it would have cost almost half of the cost of a new furnace to repair our old one. All in all we now have a new furnace. I am pleased with new furnace so far and appreciate that Burkholder’s got us scheduled for the install pretty quickly. Due to tight quarters, it was a tricky install but the techs handled it well. Everyone was great to work with and it is nice to have a warm home again.
