My installation of 2 HVAC systems was a very good experience. Dave W convinced me to select Burkholder’s because of his clear expertise and ability to explain every detail and made me feel that all challenges would be handled correctly. Better than all other companies that I had talked with estimators. Justin started the job by thoroughly planning out every step and answered every question I had with complete and easy to understand descriptions. He came up with great solutions to a few problem areas. He also was very quick to come back and take care of me when there were small issues after the installation. Adam and Ryan were experts on the installation team. I asked them in the beginning to do a neat and professional job and they told me that is the only way they know how and it was true. Ryan made the comment that they treat every job like it is their own home and it was evident in his work. I am recommending Burkholder’s to friends because they have a professional team who cares about doing it right.
