On early Monday morning I realized our furnace wasn’t working and the house was cold. I waited until about 09:30 to call Burkholder’s . I needed help on a previous occasion and Burkholder’s really came through so I knew that they would be the company to call this time! When I called in the young lady that answered Megan, I believe , was so understanding and kind. She said a technician would be out and that they would make every effort to arrive during business hours with the lower rate. I requested to have Dave L be the tech if possible. I’d asked for Dave because he is the tech that did such a terrific job on the previous occasion. He arrived during business hours, thankfully. I can’t say enough about Dave L he is very professional and has a gentlemanly quality to him! He came in assessed the damage quickly and was able to return the following day with the needed parts for my furnace! I am grateful that there are people out in this world like Dave! You hear about the rotten tomatoes and rarely about the shining stars! Well Dave is definitely a Shining Star! Thank you Burkholder’s and a big Thank You to Dave L!!
