Recently there was a brazed weld that failed on our 2-year old system. Although it was past the 1-year installation warranty, Dave Weider said “we’ll take care of it.” The techs were at the house the next day and repaired the weld and recharged the unit. I am very appreciative of this type of service and customer focus. Also, I’ve been impressed by the technicians that have come to the house. They are friendly, explain what they are doing and are open to questions. Overall I’m pleased that I selected Burkholder’s for the new system.
