Skip arrived at my house to do my first year PM check. He is a very courteous and likable person. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. He suggested I sign up for a yearly service agreement and pointed out the pros for having this service. I did sign up for it, and hopefully, I won’t need it. I am highly satisfied with my heat pump purchase from Burkholder’s.
