I am in Florida for the winter months, my granddaughter is at my home in Emmaus and noticed that one of the areas in my home was without heat. I do have a maintenance contract with Burkholders and called them, was able to arrange a time and date that was suitable to my working granddaughter and Dave was the service technician that we were fortunate to have. He repaired what was required and contacted me by phone to detail what he thought was advisable going forward. A pleasant conclusion to an unfortunate event.
