Steve, the salesman was very helpful to us in deciding which product type would best meet our needs. He was a deciding factor for us between 4 other companies. Additionally, Justin, who then took over through the installation process was excellent. He responded to all our questions and came over to our house on two separate occasions to walk us through some questions we had on the same day we reached out to him.
