We had an excellent experience with Burkholder’s. They installed both heating and ac systems the week before Christmas. The proposal was prepared in a timely fashion and the work was started and completed as scheduled. We were pleased with every step of the process. All members of the team with whom we met were professional and accommodating to our time schedule. On Christmas morning I called Burkholder’s to tell them the furnace was not working and a service technician called me promptly and came out to the house to check on the furnace. It was not working because someone had turned it off and mistakenly turned on the ac! The technician was gracious about our error and reviewed the new thermostat directions with us. We are thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of all the staff at Burkholder’s.
