Skip R. was our technician and let me tell you….the guy really did care. He knew our furnace was shot and it being 5 weeks before Christmas knew it was gonna cost a few dollars. He showed genuine concern being that i had little ones running around the house and that we NEED HEAT! He told me that the company would work with us and make it as painless as possible… and they did. Less then a week later we have a brand new furnace installed and can live in the house again… thank you so much Skip and all of Burkholders!! A+A+A+A+
