I’ve been a customer of Burkholder’s for over a decade, when they first installed my replacement HVAC system. They are very reliable and professional. The techs are personable and take their time with the bi-annual maintenance. In the past they have gone to bat for me when the manufacturer challenged a warranty repair as well as making good on an error on a manufacturer’s incorrect specs on the cut sheet (that caused me to be denied the Keystone Help program at the time). I can also tell their training and respect to the current pandemic is top notch. Great job!
