When we first moved in our home over 6 years ago, we found maintenance records left by the previous owners from Burkholder’s. Not knowing any other companies, we decided to use them for our heating and air conditioning and we are so glad we did! They are very prompt, they have gotten to know us over the years, and they are very polite. When issues arise, they are here fast to fix them.
