Burkholder’s arrived on time, within the window they scheduled us for–the tech was extremely helpful, he did needed repairs, that we didn’t know we needed, he started preparing our bill, when we realized something else was going on–He went back into the attic (on a VERY hot day), and resolved an additional issue. And he was happy to do it. Very impressed.
