Burkholder’s has been a great place to deal with these past 5+ years. They respond quickly to service calls, are punctual and professional, and are very caring towards your needs. They installed a new electric water heater a few years ago, and it is working wonderfully. I also have an annual service contract for my oil boiler with them which includes a free cleaning each year. Karlo Z, one of the amazing technicians, is just incredible to work with. He is always pleasant, thorough, and helpful, and explains things so well in terms I can easily understand. I love it when I see that it is Karlo in my driveway ready to come in to clean and service my boiler. My experiences with all the service techs has been incredible – but Karlo is such a plus to the Burkholder’s organization.
