Furnace kept kicking on and off several times in just a few minutes time, I thought I smelled something funny. It was after hours, called Burkholder’s and was told a service technician would get in touch with me within a half hour. 10 minutes later I got a call and within the hour a nice gentlemen showed up. His name was Karlo. He discovered the problem almost immediately and corrected it, and made sure it was working properly before he left. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Karlo!
