Called first thing Monday morning. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. All information was taken and was told that someone would contact me when a technician was free. We discussed that it may be after hours and was I okay with the after hour charge. I advised that if they came the next day it would be fine. About 4 hours after I called, I received a call that a technician was available. He showed up a few minutes later and was very polite and professional. The problem was diagnosed the and corrected very quickly. We’re were very pleased with the service provided and will use this provider again. Thank you!
