Great communication. Before I called Burkholder’s I had another repairman tell me the whole system needed to be replaced at a cost of $4,400. Burkholder’s fixed my unit for $300. I wasn’t there but my wife said the man was very nice and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. I will call again when I need service.
