It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The salesman who came out was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first experience with gas (and radiators) so I needed some explanations. The price was better than the other company I was seriously considering (I ruled out a third company after that salesman came out). The installers were respectful, timely, and also answered my questions. I really appreciated the woman in the office submitting the paperwork for our UGI rebate for me. The equipment is working very well. I would gladly recommend Burkholder’s!
