Our heat pump was working fine during the summer. When the weather started to get cold, our heat pump stopped turning on. The air handler was operating fine, but we didn’t hear anything from the outdoor unit. We called Burkholder’s HVAC to come take a look at it. Two technicians came to our home and did a diagnosis. As my husband and I are fairly savvy and did some of our own research, we thought the fuse in the out door power box had blown, but this was not the case. The professionalism and knowledge of Burkholder’s technicians was superb. They found that the relay was worn down and needed to be replaced. The whole team was very efficient and polite. As far as price goes, it is very fair and considering we needed our heat pump working right away, they exceeded expectations.
