Had a fantastic experience with Burkholder’s. We were having an issue with our heat not reaching the set temperature. Everyone was very pleasant from the woman on the phone to the technician that came out. I was super impressed with his thoroughness- he really checked out every potential problem that it could have been. He was very personable and knowledgeable, explaining everything he was doing to me. I wish I knew his name to thank him directly! Ultimately he found the problem and fixed it quickly. Absolutely would use Burkholder’s again.
