We found this organization through Angie’s list. We got two bids for our project of replacing our upstairs heating/cooling unit which apparently had a leak. The salesperson/consultant from Burkholder’s pointed out that we needed an additional return duct/vent to properly size the unit for the space, something that we had not been apprised of by our usual provider, with whom we had a service contract and who also placed a bid for the project. We realized that Burkholder knew what they were doing, and lost confidence in the other organization. Burkholder’s price was competitive (actually lower than the other bid, even with the extra work) and the work was accomplished punctually and without leaving a mess. After the installation, we noticed that the new system was noisier than the previous one, but a representative from Burkholder came over the next day and made adjustments that fixed this problem as well.
