Dear Dave, Just wanted to let you know that the new Carrier heating system is working beautifully. The house is warm, the heat is clean and the system is quite. Before the installation, Dick and I were a little apprehensive of how this was all going to be done. Well, we have never seen two guys work so hard as Steve and Dave. We thank them for their expertise, there patience with the many questions we asked them, and finally getting that oil tank up with cellar steps and through the door. Kudos to them! Many thanks also goes to Justin, who was there every step of the way, telling us what was going on and ironing out all the kinks, until everything was perfect. Dave thank you for reassuring us that this was the right decision to make. Please let Justin, Steve, and Dave know how much we appreciate how hard they worked and knowing we can count on them in the future if needed. Again Thank you all for a job well done!
