Burkholder’s was very helpful from the folks who spoke to me over the phone and set the appointment to the technician who came out to provide service. When making the initial appointment, they were booked out about two months in advance. Over that time, I got a call a couple times to check in when they had a cancelation to see if we could sync up earlier. Unfortunately, those opportunities didn’t work, but when the schedule date came, the technician, Jeff, was terrific. We have an old heating system of steam radiators in each room. Having never had this form of heat before, Jeff was careful to explain how to properly use, monitor and care for the system. Very satisfied
