As usual, whenever we have a problem, Burkholder’s fixes it quickly. Our heat went out on a snow day (of course). We emailed Burkholder’s late at night and they contacted us by 8:30 the next morning. It took Brian less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and less than 30 to fix it. We have heat now!
