Although there was a large amount of time between signing the contract and the ultimate installation of my A/C unit, there was no urgent need and the salesperson was truthful in stating that. Installation persons arrived almost exactly at the time given to me, were thorough, left inside and outside areas clean, and thoroughly tested my new system. Burkholder’s estimate and the ultimate contract price were $1,000 lower than another company’s for the same configuration. Very satisfied.
