Even more, how fast I was fit into the schedule for an installation. Amazing!!! The salesman who was here did not come across as a typical salesman. Instead, he was fully honest and treated me as a valued customer instead of just another sale. The entire crew that did the installation was absolutely amazing! Adam and John really stood out as knowledgeable, and one can tell they work perfectly together and get along very well. They truly proved how much they care about the customer and the quality of work being done. Adam even recommended a chimney cleaning due to how dirty it was and told me who to call. I took his advice and the chimney inspection yielded a poorly installed liner which was considered unsafe. Adam’s recommendation saved me from bigger troubles!
