The tech did a good job with the overall review of my home and recommendation of the new heating and AC system replacements. The total RHEEM package Burkholder offered, with a combined APRILAIRE filter and humidifier, was VERY competitively priced, and the RHEEM performance specs were exactly what I was looking for. The installation went smoothly and looks great. The unit has performed to my expectations in the summer and at the start of the heating season. I appreciate the service provided by the main office to register my product warranty and set up the rebates with PPL and UGI. Overall, great service with a perfect installation.
