I could see the engineering and craftsmanship in the overall process. There was also good transparency into what was needed to be done and why. This type of work is hard, in people’s attics, etc…. and the crew seemed realistically working as a team which only helps with the outcome. They were top craftsmen in what they do. I have a few minor issues, to be expected with my unpredictable house, no fault of the vendor, and I am glad I can count on them to help me. Overall, this company left me with a very positive experience, they care about me and their tradesmen, and the quality of the work spoke for itself. Their pricing was reasonable, not expecting a bargain nor a zipcode gouge, they earned my respect on that.
