The Salesman always got back to me in a timely manner when I was comparing estimates. The 2 guys who installed my furnace did a great job with the installation and clean up afterward. The only problem was they couldn’t remove the old furnace but they took care of it by contacting the person they recommended to remove my oil tank and the furnace was safely removed after being torched in 3 parts. I’m glad I decided to stay with Burkholder’s.
