I had two replacement heat pumps installed this year. Everyone from sales, scheduling, billing, service and technicians were pleasant and helpful. I also referred you to my son who enjoyed the same experience with the installation of a mini for his upstairs rooms. I cannot say enough about all the different people I interacted with during the whole experience. The technicians were especially mindful of keeping us informed of what they were doing and required and left the house spotless. All the units are working as expected.
