My experience overall was good. Dave was my sales guy and was very informative on an issue I was having with my current system as well as providing me with a few options on replacing my system taking into consideration my needs and what I was looking for in a new HVAC system. He gave me some pricing on my options and also checked into the availability of qualifying rebates depending on what I chose. Once I decided, the turnaround to do the removal and installation of the new system was quick and efficient, and before I knew it I had a new Carrier system installed and I was good to go.
