Dave, the salesperson had an in-depth knowledge of the technology, support, reliability, and maintenance of Heat Pump systems. Dave obtained the construction info from Upper Saucon and provided a Manuel J Load analysis. Dave came prepared with this information at our initial meeting and recommended the system and heat pump tonnage to meet the Load. He also recommended installing new copper lines. Competitors came unprepared, were just salesman!! The installation crew was excellent and Jared the support supervisor was knowledgeable and very conscientious. Jared responded quickly and resolved some questions concerning the Honeywell WiFi Thermostat. Jared recommended the Ecobee4 as a replacement. We are very happy with the Ecobee and his recommendation. The entire process from sales, installation, support, payment was STRESS-FREE.
