Every time I have called Burkholder’s, they have been very helpful and friendly. They return my calls in a timely manner and really do a good job making sure we feel like a priority customer. Have had to call Burkholder’s a few times, and they also always show up within a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned up very well after they were done installing my new boiler. Every salesperson/technician who has come to my home puts on shoe covers and takes other appropriate measures to make sure they don’t leave any dirt on the floors throughout the house. Always extremely polite and respectful!
