Your salesperson/consultant pointed out that we needed an additional return duct/vent to properly size the unit for the space, something that we had not been apprised of by a competitor, with whom we had a service contract and who also placed a bid for the project. We realized that you knew what you were doing, and lost confidence in the other organization. Your price was competitive with theirs and the work was accomplished punctually and without leaving a mess.
