CUSTOMER HIGHLIGHT Burkholder’s HVAC:
When Robert & Mary Charponis lost heat in the dead of winter last year they weren’t sure where to turn, but they knew they needed help – and fast. “Basically, I just went online and called around to a few different places,” says Mary. “Burkholder’s was the quickest and offered us the earliest appointment so we decided to give them a shot.”
The Charponis family had been relying on a gas-fired Weil McLain Boiler to heat their Bethlehem home, and until the equipment failed they were very happy with it. “We had always been pleased with the performance of our old boiler, so weren’t really looking to make a change,” says Mary. “We decided to replace our heater with another Weil McLain boiler, and it was great to have Burkholder’s comply without trying to upsell us.”
One of Burkholder’s many talented service technicians quickly provided the Charponis home with a Weil McLain CGi 5 gas boiler. “The installation process was very neat and clean, and our service technician was extremely polite and professional,” says Mary. “We haven’t switched on the heat yet this year, but the boiler worked really well and proved to be very efficient during the final months of last winter.”
Mary and Robert haven’t had any other work done by Burkholder’s since then, but they admit they’re very likely repeat customers. “It hasn’t been quite a year yet, but we will soon be getting our boiler cleaned and serviced,” says Mary. “And as other issues arise we feel very comfortable knowing we can always call Burkholder’s.”
