Burkholder’s HVAC designed and installed a 75-ton HVAC system for Leader of The Pack’s new 28,000 SF dog day care and kennel located in Easton. This new system features split systems with AHUs and furnaces on platforms and outdoor condensers on concrete pads. The project included exposed fabric ductwork, precise air distribution with GRDs, refrigerant piping, and standalone controls. A mini-split system was installed for the IT room. The system underwent thorough balancing, start-up, and testing to ensure optimal performance. Our team delivered PE-stamped drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards. The result is a reliable, efficient HVAC system tailored to Leader of The Pack’s specific needs.
