The goal of this project was to remove and replace two Season 4 custom packaged rooftop units. The building had several trees in front of it which required special maneuvering with the crane to safely remove and replace the rooftop units. The equipment that was replaced included two Seasons 4 custom packaged rooftop units that were 16 tons and 20 tons of cooling, gas-fired with 350,000 BTU heating each. The units weighed 5,500 lbs. and were 23’ long.
