We were in need of replacing 3 heat pumps and a mini-split. The salesperson, Luis, was extremely helpful in explaining all the options. This purchase was our first involvement with Burkholder’s business. The two gentlemen who installed the equipment, Gavin and Tim, were extremely careful with maintaining a clean work environment and completed all clean-up each day before they returned to the office. Each day they gave us an update on progress and steps taken during the installation on that day. We were extremely pleased with all the personnel in the business operation. We recommend Burkholder’s as an excellent business to deal with.
