The entire process, from the time I received the quote for changing our entire HVAC system, to discussing the date for installation, to the installation itself was very smooth and easy. All personnel from the company were extremely courteous, respectful, and helpful throughout the entire process. I felt that they had my best interests in mind when discussing the project, which was quite reassuring. When David initially came to discuss the project, he was quite thorough in explaining every aspect of what work would be done, what would be covered. After he left, I had the impression that the quote I would receive from Burkholders would be way out of my budget, but to my surprise, I was quite pleased with the very reasonable quote I received, as I was comparing it with other systems and installers. Subsequently, from the time I signed the contract to when the work was done, I was regularly informed of developments along the way. Justin, the project manager, was extremely accommodating and helpful in scheduling the date for the installation. And on the date of the installation, Adam and his team were punctual, courteous, and efficient in performing all the work. After completing the work, they explained everything clearly and were patient in answering my questions. They also informed me that Burkholder’s would complete all the paperwork for the various rebates on my system, which was again, quite helpful.
