OraSure Technologies – Wet/Dry Pilot Labs

The goal of this project was to design and install the HVAC system that maintained specific design conditions. The Dry Lab consisted of a Custom Munters Dehumidification unit to maintain 25 Air changes per hour, 68-degree temperature with 15% relative humidity, and cascading HEPA filters.

The Wet Lab consisted of a McQuay Air Handling unit with a humidifier to maintain 25 Air changes per hour, 68-degree temperature with 50% relative humidity, and cascading HEPA filters.
