Tech checked everything thoroughly, electrical checks and performance check. He also cleaned everything that needed it, including a thorough cleaning of the outside coil. Friendly and helpful. For my furnace (at another time), the tech checked a number of key elements, including the heating efficiency, to see if everything was working well (or to identify any weaknesses that might lead to issues later.) Love Burkholders. On one of the hottest days of the season so far, our heat pump decided to take a break. Called Burkholders and they were out to diagnose and make the repair so we could have some much needed relief. Thank you Burkholders and our Tech (Nick) who came to our rescue.
