What’s Included in Our 10-Point Inspection:

Thermostat – Check to ensure its accurately reading and controlling the temperature.
Air Handler Static Pressure – Ensure that the duct system is sized properly or if there are any restrictions.
Temperature Split – Check the difference between supply and return air temperatures.
Filter Condition – Inspect the filter and recommend a replacement if needed.
Blower Motor Condition – Check for proper operation, cleanliness, and signs of wear.
Evaporator Coil & Drain Pan – Inspect the evaporator coil for dirt buildup and damage, ensuring proper heat transfer, and check the drain pan for any leaks or clogs.
Condensate Drainage and Pump – Ensure proper drainage and pump operation.
