Our expert technicians will thoroughly evaluate your system to ensure it’s running safely, efficiently, and reliably – so you can enjoy fresh, warm air when you need it the most. After the inspection, we’ll provide you with a detailed report and professional recommendations to keep your system in top shape. This offer is valid now through November 25, 2025.

What’s Included in Our 10-Point Inspection:

Gas/Oil Furnace:

  1. Heat Exchanger – Pass or Fail – inspect for cracks, corrosion, or damage that can cause unsafe operation.
  2. Static Pressure Reading Across Furnace– Measure airflow resistance to ensure proper duct design and system efficiency.
  3. Motor Amp Within Service Range – Verify motor is operating within manufacturer’s specifications to prevent overheating.
  4. Condition of Air Filter – Check for dirt, clogs, or damage that could restrict airflow and efficiency.
  5. Accuracy of Thermostat – Confirm thermostat is reading and controlling temperature correctly.
  6. Safety Controls Operational – Test safety switches and controls to ensure proper protection during operation.
  7. Carbon Monoxide Levels – Test for CO levels to ensure safe operation and indoor air quality.
  8. Condition of Smoke pipe – Inspect venting for blockages, rust, or damage that can hinder safe exhaust.
  9. Chimney Draft Reading – Check draft to ensure proper venting and combustion.
  10. Temperature split across furnace —Measure supply and return air difference to confirm proper heat output.

Gas/Oil Boiler:

  1. Condition of Automatic Fill Valve – Verify proper operation to maintain the correct water level in the system.
  2. Condition of Expansion Tank – Check for proper air charge and signs of waterlogging or leakage.
  3. Chimney Draft reading – Ensure safe and adequate draft for venting combustion gases.
  4. Accuracy of Thermostat – Confirm thermostat is accurately reading and controlling temperature.
  5. Carbon Monoxide Levels – Test CO levels for safe combustion and indoor air quality.
  6. Safety Controls Operational – Inspect and test safety controls for proper protection during operation.
  7. Condition of Relief Valve – Check for corrosion , Leaks, or improper operation to ensure safety.
  8. Condition of Smoke Pipe — Inspect for blockages, rust, or damage that could hinder venting.
  9. Boiler Temperature – Verify water temperature is within mthe anufacturer’s operating range.
  10. Boiler pressure — Ensure proper system pressure for safe and efficient operation.
