Burkholder’s HVAC designed and installed the HVAC system for Computer Aid’s new 3-story 41,246 square foot office building.

The system consisted of two 55-ton York rooftop units with gas heat. A Variable Air Volume system that supplied air to 34 different zones throughout the building. The zones were controlled independently utilizing VAV’s to control temperature and airflow. All controlled by a Direct Digital Control (DDC) system to provide quality comfort any time of the year.
